Collection and Computer Network Operations Capabilities (Y1) – B35 Contracting Office
The CCC PEO strengthens the bond between developers, program manager, and mission users to deliver ever more effective mission capabilities. Our purpose is to deliver capabilities that support NSA’s most important and necessary mission outcomes on time, on schedule, and within budget.

NSA/CSS Research Directorate (R) – B35 Contracting Office
The NSA/CSS Research Directorate (R) creates breakthroughs in mathematics, science, and engineering. These Discoveries enable NSA to achieve and sustain intelligence advances against immediate and emerging threats to U.S. national Security.

Processing and Analytic Capabilities (Y3) – B36 Contracting Office
Processing and Analytic Capabilities (PAC) is responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of data processing systems (including cryptanalytic and protocol), high performance computing systems, data warehouse systems, mission repositories, analytic capabilities, data management, and reporting and dissemination capabilities.

Enterprise Infrastructure Services (Y4) – B37 Contracting Office
(EIS) Infrastructure Services Enterprise is responsible for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution of the EIS portfolio and the development, support, and operations of the Enterprise IT infrastructure for the NSA enterprise.

NSA Network Security Services (Y6) – B37 Contracting Office
The NSA Network Security Services (NNSS) organization is responsible for the authorization of NSA Systems at all classification levels, security services for the Intelligence Community Information Environment (IC IE - formerly IC ITE), NSA unique security services, active network defense for NSA, operationalizing Secure the Network/Secure the Enterprise (STE/STN) functions and the NSA Cybersecurity Service Provider functions (security inside NSA's network boundaries).

Operations and Engagement & Policy PEO (B6) – B33 Contracting Office
The B6 Program Executive Office (PEO) is responsible for providing Program Management & Oversight, Business Financial Management and Contract Management support to the following Directorates:

The Directorate of Operations (Enterprise Discovery, Information & Intelligence Analysis, and Collection & Exploitation Operations) makes use of NSA’s Cybersecurity and Signals Intelligence authorities to lead the U.S. Government in cryptology and achieve intelligence, and operational outcomes in order to gain a decisive advantage for the nation and our allies under all circumstances.

Engagement and Policy (Strategy, Plans & Policy, Strategic Communications, Legislative, State, & Local Affairs, Industry & Academic Engagement, Mission Engagement, Requirements & Assessments, and Compliance) is leading Agency outcomes through integrated strategic engagement, communications, compliance and policy.

Cybersecurity Program Executive Office PEO (B7) – B38 Contracting Office
The Cybersecurity Program Executive Office (PEO) is responsible to work in close partnership with Cybersecurity organizations to strengthen the bond between developers, program managers, and mission users to deliver ever-more effective mission capabilities. The Cybersecurity PEO executes centralized acquisition management of all development and service programs supporting the mission and ensure solutions support the warfighter and nation cooperatively and effectively.

Chief of Staff, Workforce Support Activities, Business Management & Acquisition PEO (B9) – B39 Contracting Office
The CoS, WSA, & BM&A PEO delivers optimized, real-time acquisition of systems, products, facilities and services through consistent discipline and speed, in support of the mission across the extended enterprise. The CoS, WSA, & BM&A IP consists of Installation and Logistics (I&L construction and facilities), NCS (training efforts), human resources, business management, acquisition, security, and headquarters management (the NSA Chief of Staff and Director’s Office)

The Installation and Logistics (I&L) PEO (B9) – B39 Contracting Office
The Installation and Logistics (I&L) areas are part of the COS, WSA, and BM&A PEO. Areas with in I&L include: reception, issuance of storage supplies, disposal and recycling efforts, restaurant activities, property leasing, construction programs, maintenance and repair of NSA facilities, custodial support, facility utilization and fit-up, management of real and plant property and architectural engineering design efforts.
