Booth Registration/Information

Booth Spaces

Booth reservation is on a First Come First Served basis.

Booth displays will be in the Caribe Royale Convention Center. The display room will be available for setup beginning Sunday Oct 23rd. Exhibits are scheduled to remain in place until 4 pm Tuesday, Oct 25th.

Booth displays will be 10x10 in size for all booths. All booth spaces include basic power drop, 2 chairs, 1 table, trash can and Wi-Fi.

The Ballroom where the exhibits are located is carpeted.

Exhibitor booth displays will be $1,000 per booth which includes 1 attendee.  The fee for the booth is non-refundable after Sept 1st.

We are also offering an opportunity to profile your company by offering Gold and Platinum levels of sponsorship.  Your company logo and sponsorship level will be prominently displayed throughout the WWR venue and in the WWR agenda.
  Gold   $3,000
(includes 1 booth space + 1 attendees)
  Platinum   $6,000 
(includes 2 booth spaces + 2 attendees and company provided  literature included in registration packet if desired*)
 
*TCG reserves the right to limit the literature provided
 
To participate in the Gold or Platinum Sponsorships, simply select 1 specially priced ($3,000) booth for Gold or 2 specially priced ($3,000) booths for Platinum. Additional adjoining booths (if available) can be purchased at the $1,000 level by contacting Ken Klusman via email at kenneth.klusman@us.af.mil
