UPDATE: Group Room Rate & Cancellation Policy: One 1-bedrooms condos may sell out soon. Rooms at the connected Element 29 Hotel are offered at a rate of $179.

$189 for a One-Bedroom Condo plus applicable taxes (currently at 16.275%). A $1 per night donation will also be included to benefit the National Forest Foundation (NFF), however, this donation can be opted out of at the time of booking. Cancellation with a full refund is 14-days prior to check-in. Optional Vacation Protection Plan can be purchased at the time of booking - the operator can provide more details.

Parking: Parking is complimentary regardless if you are staying at the hotel.
