How to Register
To register, please click the "Register Here" button at the top of this page or on the navigation menu. Follow the instructions for each of the steps of the registration form. Once you get to the final step, please click "Register" to complete your registration. You will then receive a confirmation to the email you provided.
Session Selection

In-Person Attendees
During registration, you will be asked to select the workshop you are likely to attend on Day 2 from 2:00pm - 5:00 pm. Although you are not required to attend the session you select, we do use this information to plan the content and support needed for each session. Click on the “Session Details” to the left to view the session descriptions. (Please note: DIG2 Evaluators are asked to attend a working session designed specifically for them, Understanding your Data System and its Connection to Home Visiting Best Practice –A Business Process Mapping Session.)

Virtual Attendees
Virtual attendees will be asked to select sessions they will attend among the sessions that will be livestreamed.
The plenaries and some of the DIG3/IEG3 sessions will be livestreamed and recorded. If you plan to participate virtually, please register for the meeting, and select the “virtual” attendee option. A week prior to the event, virtual attendees will receive meeting invites with the Zoom link for each session they selected during registration.
Know Before You Go
The week prior to the event, you will receive a "Know Before You Go" email with additional event details. Please let us know if you do not receive your "Know Before You Go" by the end of the day on December 5. Be sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.
Hotel Information
The event is at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. The group rate is $137 plus applicable taxes and expires on November 16, 2023, or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first). Click HERE to view hotel accommodations.
Where to Eat
The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor has a variety of dining outlets to enjoy throughout the meeting. There are various sit-down or grab-n’-go options to meet every budget, including breakfast and lunch options within the current government per diem rate.
