The group rate is $175 plus applicable taxes and expires on July 29, 2024, or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first). The fastest way to reach the hotel from the closest airport, DFW Airport, is via cab or rideshare. 

• Shuttle Service: The Hilton is less than 2 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. We will provide express shuttle service for Cross Sites registrants to and from the Gaylord and the Hilton. The shuttle schedule will be sent in a "Know Before You Go" email two weeks prior to Cross Sites and posted on the FAQ page of this registration site.
• Room Rate: Standard Guestrooms booked as of May 22 - July 29, 2024 are at the group rate of $175 plus tax.
• Cut-off Date: The deadline for reserving this group rate is July 29, 2024 or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first).
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., check-out time is 11:00 a.m. at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Center.
• Payment: A credit card is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your reservation. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit.
