Will CEUs be available
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are not provided for Cross Sites 2024 by ZERO TO THREE. Supporting documentation to self-submit to your governing/licensing body is available (session descriptions / objectives / speaker bios) through the session and speaker catalogs.
Will there be a Certificate of Attendance

How to Register
To register, please click the "Register Here" button at the top of this page or on the navigation menu. Follow the instructions on each of the steps of the registration form. Once you get to the final step, please click "Register" to complete your registration. You will then receive a confirmation to the email address you provided.
Session Selection
During registration, you will be able to select sessions you would like to attend. We use this information to plan the content and support needed for each session. Click on the session to see the session tags, target audience, and description. Your selections will be included in your confirmation email.
Know Before You Go
The week prior to the event you will receive a "Know Before You Go" email with additional event details. Please let us know if you do not receive your "Know Before You Go" by the end of the day on August 12th. Be sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.
Hotel Information
The event is at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center – Grapevine, TX. The group rate is $175 plus applicable taxes and expires on August 1, 2024, or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first). A nearby hotel, the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Center is also available at the federal per diem rate of $175 per night. The fastest way to reach either hotel from the closest airport, DFW Airport, is via cab or rideshare.Click here for further reservation details.
Where to Eat
This event is not catered. The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center has a variety of dining outlets to enjoy throughout the conference. There are various sit-down or grab-n’-go options to meet every budget, including breakfast and lunch options within the current government per diem rate. GRAPEVINE VISITORS SHUTTLE
The Grapevine Visitors Shuttle, Merlot Route, can be accessed at 12 minutes and 30 minutes after the hour in the hotel’s Tour Lobby. This route runs on a loop from 11am to 9pm. The route includes stops at Grapevine Main Street and Grapevine Mill Mall. More detailed information on the Merlot Route is available here.

CLIMATE
The warmest months of the year in Dallas are July and August. The entirety of Cross Sites will be inside the Gaylord Texan Convention space but travel offsite for meals can result in a drastic change of temperature. We encourage you all to cover up, wear sunscreen, and stay hydrated when outside.
