In preperation for the upcoming 2007 Joint Forum on Health, Productivity and Absence Management Conference, online registration is now closed.  You may fax (202.624.1765) in your registration form until 5:00 pm EST on Monday, October 22nd and still receive the pre-registration rate. After that time, the onsite registration rate will apply.

Onsite registration will be available at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel during the following times:

Tuesday, October 23rd              8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Wednesday, October 24th         7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Thursday, October 25th            7:00 am - 4:00 pm
