Registration Instructions
Please indicate below the number of registrants attending the selected 2022 Kao Salon Academy class. Click the "Next" button to move on to the next step. If you would like to use your Salon Alliance points, please visit www.thesalonalliance.com. If you have a Promotion Code, you will be prompted to enter it in at the end of the registration process.
If you plan on using Academy Dollar Voucher Codes, please note the online registration site can only accept one voucher per person.
Please write us at kaosalonacademy@mmsmeetings.com or call 866-267-3360 BEFORE proceeding if you would like to use more than one voucher per person, or need further assistance.

Personal information is being collected by Meeting Management Services & EventRebels on behalf of Kao USA Inc. This information includes attendee name, company name, address, phone number, email address. This data is required in order to provide and oversee registration services to you. Any additional information requested during the registration process is either required to fulfill the registration services or at the direction of Kao USA Inc.
Contact information will be used to email Kao USA Inc. event-related information, provide customer service, and create name badges. |
Attendee information will be stored indefinitely for the purposes of historical reporting only.

| Registration Policy |

|
All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled program to be eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations within 30 days will receive a credit toward a future program in the current calendar year. Non-attendance without notice is subject to a 100% charge. Kao US Inc. reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change any program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified.
Videotaping is not allowed at any Academy program.
Class certificates are provided to those who complete the entire program.
Classes are limited to registered stylists only to ensure the most creative learning environment. We do not allow any family members, friends, or pets into the classroom during any portion of the class.
Information provided on this registration site is deemed to be correct. Although every reasonable effort is made to present current and accurate information, there are no guarantees of any kind and The Kao Salon Academy cannot be held liable for any outdated or incorrect information, which includes but is not limited to the registration rates and dates. If an error is discovered at a later time, the organization has the right to make adequate corrections. |

| License and Release |

Kao USA Inc. (“Kao USA”) and its respective advertising and promotion agencies and/or others working for or on their behalf and Kao USA’s assignees (collectively, “Releasees”) are granted a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use my name, my social media handle (if provided by me) and edited or unedited photographs and/or video footage of me, including images taken in the photo booth (if offered), in whole or in part, for promotional and/or commercial purposes in any media, including for use on Kao USA’s websites and/or social media pages, without further notice or compensation to me and without my further approval. |
I agree to release Releasees from any liability in connection with the worldwide perpetual use of my name, image, handle or other likeness, as is or as may be edited, in any media and device whatsoever now known or hereinafter developed. Any materials (the “Materials”) created by or for Kao USA that incorporate, in whole or in part, my name, image, handle, or other likeness shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Kao USA, and I waive any rights of authorship I may have in the Materials in favor of Kao USA.
If I register someone other than myself to participate in a Kao Academy educational event, I represent and warrant that I have that person’s authority to agree to the terms of this registration on that person’s behalf, including the License and Release.
