Early rates are intended to encourage early registrations so we can approximate the number of users and be able to work around any potential for virtual system crashes or other glitches due to unexpected high volume and to properly assign adequate space for the in-person venue. The full fee charged will allow access to all parts of the conference for both virtual and in-person attendees. We also provide, for in-person attendees only, the option to register, pay and attend only any/all of the workshops (and not the main conference), for a reduced rate.
