The 2023 Greenways and Trails Summit will be held September 17 - 19, 2023
at the Hilton Scranton Conference Center in Scranton, PA.

1. Select your registration option from the list below and follow the steps to complete your registration. Please remember to select the specific sessions that you plan to attend on the sessions and add-ons page.
2. All registrations for this event are considered final. Cancellations made prior to August 11 will incur a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made August 12 and later (less than 30 days prior to the event) are non-refundable. There is no charge for transfer of registrations between individuals at the same organization.

1. All meals and receptions are included in the daily registration rate.  Sunday includes lunch and reception; Monday includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment break, reception, and dinner; Tuesday includes breakfast and lunch. Please indicate all meals that you plan to attend. 
2. Guest tickets for the September 17 reception and the September 18 reception and dinner (as well as for attendees not registered for that day) are available as an add-on charge.
3. Certain mobile seminars have the option to include an additional equipment rental fee (kayak or bike). For these tours, you will be given the option to select the tour option that includes equipment rental, or the one that does not. If you select the option which includes equipment rental, the fee will be added automatically to your total. 
4. Continuing Education Credits are available for certain sessions. If you will be seeking continuing education, please remember to select the appropriate option from the add-ons page.

1. Speakers have been provided with a discount code based on the amount of training provided. If you are a speaker, please remember to enter your discount code prior to check-out.
